Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is the formal term for mental health therapy. This is a service provided by a licensed mental health professional with a focus on emotional healing.
-
Coaching
A coach is a non-licensed mentor to help you set and achieve goals. Our coaches are trained and certified through a formal perinatal coaching program.

More to come...
As we develop a perinatal wellness group, our goal is to provide a collective group of skilled professionals to meet the various needs of perinatal individuals. We look forward to expanding our services in the near future!
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
While both coaching and therapy aim to improve well-being, the key difference is that coaching primarily focuses on setting and achieving future goals, leveraging strengths to move forward, while therapy delves deeper into past experiences and emotional healing to address underlying mental health issues. Essentially, a coach helps you “do better” while a therapist helps you “feel better.”
