I can’t do the work for you, but I’m ready to work hard with you. Therapy with me will feel like a collaborative relationship centered around your goals. I also believe that humor is an important part of the process - don’t be surprised if we laugh together!

I believe our lives are most fulfilled when we have a sense of meaning. Through therapy I strive to understand the unique qualities of each individual in order to help clients find their purpose and meet their personal goals. I have a passion for using my personal and professional experience to help others.

I specialize in treating peripartum and postpartum mental health concerns. I have experience with anxiety-related disorders, grief, and trauma. I am the wife of a law enforcement officer and firefighter; I understand some of the unique concerns for first responders.

In addition to my work as a Psychotherapist, I am employed by America World Adoption Association as a Home Study Coordinator. I am passionate about adoption and I love helping families come together.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, being active in the great outdoors, playing curling, or enjoying a quality cup of coffee with a good book.
