  • The first appointment will include a Diagnostic Assessment, which is the industry standard for initiating therapy. It is a thorough assessment of your symptoms as well as other factors which may be affecting the presenting problem. I’ll explain the whole process to you including what to expect in therapy going forward. I know it can be intimidating at first; my goal is to make it a smooth, easy, and inviting process.

  • The Good Faith Estimate, also referred to as the No Surprises Act, is an estimate for the total expected out of pocket costs for clients who are not using insurance.

You can ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
